6 Week Baby Course

At Little Burrowers, we believe strongly in being surrounded by a "village." We recognise that the early days with a baby are so much easier when you're not doing them alone — when there's someone to catch your eye across the room and quietly say, I know. Me too. This belief is the foundation for our 6-week connection programme for parents and carers with babies at Little Burrowers Play Café, Pudsey.

A Journey of Friendship is a 6-week programme designed to do one simple, powerful thing: connect you with your village. We bring together a small, thoughtfully matched group of 8–10 parents and carers — paired by your baby's age, your location, and your shared interests so that from week one, you're not just attending a class, you're joining a circle of people who genuinely get it.

Each week brings a new themed session, think hands-on arts and crafts, gorgeous sensory play, and moments built for connection, not just entertainment. While your baby explores a safe, stimulating space designed just for them, you get to slow down, be present, and build friendships with other caregivers walking the same beautiful, chaotic, wonderful road.

Because no one tells you how lonely those early months can feel, even in a room full of love. A Journey of Friendship is here to change that — one week, one shared cup of coffee, one knowing smile at a time.

 

And it doesn't end when the six weeks do. Every participant walks away with their own Journey Log — a keepsake to hold your memories, reflections, and the friendships born along the way. One day, your baby will be running instead of crawling, and you'll open that log and remember exactly how far you've both come.
